If no wax is found, we offer a comprehensive ear health check for only £35, ensuring you leave with peace of mind. Microsuction ear wax removal takes approximately 30 minutes. The procedure is performed by trained pharmacy professionals and is painless. Please note: The ear health check is non-refundable once completed, even if no treatment is required on the day. In some cases, more than one visit may be needed to fully remove wax or resolve symptoms; one follow-up is included. We cannot proceed with microsuction or irrigation without a prior assessment, but this screening fee will be discounted against the cost of any microsuction required.
